What We Do/How It Works/Who We Are



No advance payment, pay only after you have seen and approved the photos and the accommodation details.

BELL ACCOMMODATION SERVICES takes the stress out of finding furnished accommodation.

We provide clean, comfortable, affordable accommodation in the best locations available. All our accommodations are personally inspected by staff ensuring that all properties meet our standards of clean, comfortable and affordable. We are happy to e-mail you photos and details on the accommodations we offer you.

We cater to students, tourists and business travelers aged 18 to 90. Families by request.

We know Vancouver, we've seen and approved the accommodation, we have the e-mail photos and details ready to show you.

The Welcome Package includes: a map and a bus ticket to make getting to your destination easy on your first day; our Vancouver contact information, as well as a copy of your confirmation.

We want you to be happy with your accommodation. We encourage you to contact us with questions or concerns.



  • When you contact us, we ask you to fill out a short questionnaire
  • We use this questionnaire to find the right accommodation, in the best location available
  • We e-mail you photos and details of the accommodation
  • When you accept an accommodation, you forward the damage deposit (50% of the first month's rent), first and last month's rent and the placement fee to BELL ACCOMMODATION SERVICES
  • Once payment has been received, we provide you with a written confirmation including the full address and all necessary contact details
  • You send your arrival details to BELL ACCOMMODATION SERVICES (We pass your arrival time along to your Accommodation Provider)
  • You must arrive at your accommodation no later than 10PM
  • When you arrive you will find a Welcome Package waiting for you
